The yoga space is truly spectacular - open-sided with an expanse of hardwood floors encircled by tropical greenery. Dawn meditation is filled with the inspiration of this exotic haven.

Each day includes dynamic yoga classes, illuminated story filled journey's with Douglas Brooks and sacred chanting with Benjy and Heather.

We recommend bringing pocket money for optional shopping, bodywork, and extra tips for staff if you like.

Payment Policy: A deposit of $350 per retreat is required to confirm your space; this deposit is refundable less any received promotional items up to 61 days before retreat start. Balances are due 90 days prior to start date of the retreat.  We highly recommend that you protect your investment with travel insurance for your trip. When booking flights to Costa Rica, you will want to come to Juan Santamaría International Airport in San Jose (SJO). Airlines with regularly scheduled flights into this airport are American, Continental, Delta, United, Taca, Copa, MartinAir, and Iberia.
